Fall Out Boy 'have on down swingin' saying they'll be 'dance dance'in out of the music industry. That's right.. the rumours are the guys have split up. Pretty amazing, as whenever I have seen interviews of the guys they have always seemed pretty 'matey' and friendly with one another. But, once again with the music industry, you never know what happens behind closed doors.
Apparently the band have 'grown apart', with Patrick Stump currently working on a solo album (normally the first sign a band is going to split up... Bernard Fanning anyone? ;). Mr Stump said he 'couldn't see the band getting back together' and if they did 'it would be for all the right reasons' and if they didn't it would 'also be for all the right reasons'. Pete Wentz has also kept his pants on *rimshot* and has said that he 'couldn't imagine ever playing with the band again either'. I guess we all know what industry he could get himself into next!
No comment has been issued from the bands record label. We'll keep you posted!
Now, how about Down Under sounding like Kookaburra? ;-)
