So, I read today that Colin Hay (front man for Men At Work) is heading back to court to fight last weeks decision that Down Under sounds like the classic song you always sang to annoy people 'Kookaburra'.
I'm still sitting on the fence (or branch?) about whether the flute in Down Under does sound like Kookaburra or not. Interested to hear your thoughts on it and where you sit on this issue. Much like I'm still trying to work out whether Lady GaGa is a man or a woman..
